- £400 non-refundable deposit required to secure your space
- Cancellations before July 2026 will receive all paid instalments refunded, minus the deposit
- No cancellations from July 2026
- Final balance due by January 2027

- Return flights to Colombo available from March 2026
- Estimated cost: £650–£700 return
