Tim Mosley

Monday's & Wednesday's

Energising Vinyasa 09:30

Hot + Vinyasa 18:30

Following an extended break due to illness, Tim returned to teaching after a long process of reacquainting himself both with the practice and with his body. How do familiar postures feel in a body that doesn’t work in the same way anymore? For Tim, balances are now harder than ever, more poses will have to be modified, and inversions..? Um, nah, don't think so.... Being visually impaired and blind in one eye, Tim doesn't see in 3D or have depth perception (making balancing postures his nemesis!). As such, he designs classes with a real focus on being accessible to all - and is as likely to encourage falling out of poses as he is to holding them. Expect classes that inspire an individual and creative take on the practice, and that are concerned solely with what a posture feels like, rather than what it looks like. Think ‘Moving + Breathing’ rather than a traditional yoga class.

Since then, John has taught yoga extensively, sharing his love for the practice with students from all walks of life. Outside of his family, yoga remains his greatest love. John is forever grateful to his teachers and everyone he has practiced with along the way.

Lydia Baker

Friday's

17:30 Hot Hatha - Yoga Nidra

Australian born and curious by nature, Lydia got into yoga unintentionally and quickly fell in love. Since completing her initial teacher training Lydia has continued her studies with special interest in meditation, restorative yin and Yoga Nidra.

Lydia's style is influenced by various teachings, including Yin, Restorative, Prana Vinyasa, and Anusara. She typically teaches Hatha Flow, Flow + Restore, Dynamic Vinyasa, or Yin/Restorative classes. Her favorite practice is Yoga Nidra, which she incorporates into most of her classes—either at the beginning, the end, or interwoven throughout.

Lydia completed her 200-hour training in 2017 with YogaHaven and has since undertaken additional mentorship and training with Erin Pritchard, Becky Farbstein, Katy Bateman, and Chloe Faulkner. She has completed two Yin Yoga trainings with Norman Blair, Yoga Nidra foundations with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli and Nirlipta Tuli, and most recently, an additional Yoga Nidra training with Francesca Sanlorenzo. In 2022, Lydia began her pregnancy teacher training with Yogarise. Although she could not complete the final assessment due to a bereavement, she feels confident in the knowledge gained from the training to ensure the safety of postnatal women in her classes—something she values deeply. Lydia strives to make all her classes inclusive to people of all ages and physical abilities.

The philosophies Lydia shares in her classes are inspired by Dharma talks by Tara Brach, the writings of Koshin Paley Ellison, and iRest by Richard Miller. She believes that the language used in teaching is incredibly important and must be carefully selected. Drawing from her experiences and training, Lydia ensures her classes are trauma-informed and provide a safe, supportive environment.
